Member dues are due on the first day of each month.  Statements are mailed before the start of each month.  Dues amounts are set by the Board as required based upon the Budget.  Other charges, such as water usage and/or violation assessments, may appear on your statement.

Please write your account number (or your unit's address) on your check.  To ensure proper posting, enclose your payment coupon with your check and mail both to the address specified on your monthly statement.  Normally a pre-addressed payment envelope will be enclosed with your statement.

For the convenience of homeowners, there is an auto-pay option available to automatically debit your bank account to pay your monthly dues and water fees. In addition, there is a payment portal.  Contact the management company for the form(s), and/or information to initiate this process.  

Note:  A late fee will be charged on payments received after the 30th of the month.  Liens may be filed on delinquent accounts.
